Dog improving but only very slowly :-(
My elbow (not the rebuilt one, but the one that's been given me trouble for a few weeks now) really didn't like some of the stuff I did at the gym yesterday and was really painful overnight. Not just DOMS. I suppose it's tendonitis or maybe a torn ligament. :-(

Anyway, it's a cloudless day out there so I think I'll do the intervals I should have done yesterday.
