And now I've spent the afternoon under a blanket on the sofa - that shingles jab has really floored me and I'm freezing Anyway, the good news is I've only got 30 miles left to 700. Just 1.58 miles a day, every day

Felt much better by the evening and had an easy run on the schedule - either 20 or 35 mins. Set off to do 20 and felt really good so did 35.

I was one of the first people to get a shingles jab, as I happened to fall into the narrow age group that was offered it when it first became available. But I've never been offered a second one. Big Yellow Ball is still in my garden. I could photograph him with my iPhone but don't know how then to upload from the iPhone to the website. Still less do I know how to set him up with a thread of his own.

We only got the electricity back on yesterday afternoon and round here no electricity means no mobile signal either so lots of catching up to do. I’ll read back the 100+ posts when I get a mo but now I need to do some yoga. Have a great day everyone
