Morning! Hi C🌟 and 🐟.

Feeling achy all night. Might be some sort of virus or might have tired myself out on a 5k jog. At this point, either is possible. I dare say pilates later is not going to help but there is only one session per week so I don't want to cancel.

I think I might be on the point of finding a new dentist. I felt they overcharged OH for his implants etc and now they want to charge me for not giving 24 hours' notice of cancelling an appointment today (I have offered to come in and breathe my germs all over them instead.) Sorry, I didn't know further in advance that I'd develop a sore throat.
