Did 5km with club tonight - legs were not cooperative so did more walking than I wanted. (Also completely ignoring my mileage total for the year- sorry!)

Very busy day - but my list of commissions to do has gone down from 9 to 8. :-P 6 out of the 8 are nearly finished. Getting there!

Haven't had time to read through everyone's training. So will just say well done! ;-) :-) :-P

Morning all!

I seem to have more or less shaken off the sore throat (I'm wondering if it's the charmingly named 'post nasal drip' that's causing it so often- I have the runniest nose :-( ) so I'll go ahead with my lido dip and second shingles jab today.
But first, I'll jog a couple of miles as I'm down to 41 miles left to 700. It's going to be very close but I might *just* get there. Next week will be tricky as we'll be buzzing here and there seeing family and friends.
