bunting medal 700 dog bunting

Long day driving there and back dropping off ds at uni. He has a lovely room with what seemed like lovely flatmates (the few we met at least - all of which were female).

Later on we heard that the boy next door to him has the same first name and is doing the same degree course as ds!

Morning gonks. Sal went and did the 10K this morning, I listened to my body and stayed in bed. Off for a little run now, and may do another little one later for an easy double.

Morning (or afternoon, here)
I went for a very pleasant 3.5 mile jog in the rain. Amazing how much better it felt than the 1.5 miles I could barely do yesterday afternoon!
The rain has stopped and the sun's trying to come out so 🤞for a pleasant afternoon strolling round this very interesting, if crowded, city.

Enjoyed my 10k, but still off the time needed for gold - it was all going swimmingly until the water station and a nasty bridge, it cost me all the time I had in hand! Still a sub 50 10k, so I'm not unhappy.
