Plus dropped off artwork at a new seller (a tattoo parlour) and while I was dropping them off I sold two prints straight away so that was good! Now I have a million things to do so lordy knows what time I'll be home......

Well done Idris for the sub 30 I wasn't feeling great this morning, knackered after a really busy week and I was a bit disappointed with 24.17 as I was aiming for 23.30 but then I realised that my fastest parkrun in 2023 was 24.18 so I'm consistently running well.
