Right wrist is a bit sore as is left hip (yeah work that out and no I hadn't had any booze) . Lake is flat so looks like I need to get out on the board again 😄 Happy hump day

And I reckon I ran more hill miles in a week than I've done in the last 2 or 3 years put together. And I didn't break!
