I had a letter on Saturday from the hospital asking me to ring up if I still needed an appointment for my knee. I called today to book an appointment, expecting a long wait and was shocked that I am going this Wednesday afternoon.

Hopefully might actually get somewhere at last

Not really, sometimes I walk briskly but didn't today.
I think my knee is unhappy because all last week when I walked my son's quite reactive dog I was constantly bracing that leg to keep her close (sounds odd, but when I trained Flossie for the Kennel Club qualifications we were told to hold the end of the lead in one hand with the other hand holding the lead nearer the dog - it certainly works but you do have to brace your 'lead end' leg to counterbalance any pulling by the dog.)

@LazyDaisy it doesn't take a lot to make them uncomfortable does it?

I turned over in bed last night and was in excruciating pain, spent the rest of the night tossing and turning, not able to get the knee comfortable.

Oh dear Mandy, hope the knee settles down today.
Morning everyone. I think I'll pop to the Lido later. I haven't swum for a couple of weeks - my season ticket is turning out to be a waste of money :-(
