I led the Thursday coffee run this morning, which was really nice because I could set the pace (slow and chatty!) We did a bit of a detour because one of us, born and bred in Cheltenham, said she'd never been along a particular lane so we did an out and back (the lane ends in a really steep climb up a footpath - we weren't up for that today!) We saw baby goats, a peacock, and some very happy pigs :-)

Butt duly lifted.

Not loving my gym, tbh. Lots of classes are advertised but then suddenly not on the programme because not popular enough - without even talking to the coaches first! Pilates is now only once a week; there are four butt lift sessions but all on the same day. Those are the only two classes I can really do. I'll make the most of it until my subscription lapses at the year end.

A long day. Cheese shop then a little 1-1 lesson with Elle who did lino printing for the first time.

Got home, got my Fetch t shirts and off to wear the one I designed. Love them both!

Cold has gone, tough session is on the planner so I'm off to do some reps!

Oh and I have been shortlisted for an award for volunteer of the year for organising the annual Chesterfield Postcard Show. I can't actually make the do as I'll be at a Christmas market flogging my prints but it's nice to be recognised.

I should sleep soon. I absolutely loved my run tonight. Tough session but great fun.
