We did a bit of a detour because one of us, born and bred in Cheltenham, said she'd never been along a particular lane so we did an out and back (the lane ends in a really steep climb up a footpath - we weren't up for that today!) We saw baby goats, a peacock, and some very happy pigs

Lots of classes are advertised but then suddenly not on the programme because not popular enough - without even talking to the coaches first! Pilates is now only once a week; there are four butt lift sessions but all on the same day. Those are the only two classes I can really do. I'll make the most of it until my subscription lapses at the year end.

Got home, got my Fetch t shirts and off to wear the one I designed. Love them both! Cold has gone, tough session is on the planner so I'm off to do some reps!
