Morning all. This week is even more crazy than usual as balancing work with elderly father and youngest nephew minding.

No idea where I am or what I'm doing, and no opportunity for exercise, but apart from that, all good here.

Taking the grandchildren on an expedition which involves their first trip on a boat. And of course, it's much windier today than it was yesterday 🙄 Wish us luck!

Need to do a short run then the physio before packing for my trip ( can’t really class it as a holiday ) down south. There is no WiFi at dad’s so you will all get peace 😂😂. Maybe a good thing as we really need to be working
