It does indeed! I've had a productive day. Finished trimming the hedges and all debris cleared away; while I was doing that I said hello to next door's new window cleaner and having had our usual window cleaner 'ghost' us after 30 years (not sorry, never really warmed to him) we now have one who does not require payment in cash (that wasn't a problem in the olden days but these days I never have cash to hand, and we never knew when he was going to turn up) and clean windows again But, more pertinent to this site, I've entered something called a swimrun, which will require me to swim in my running shoes So, @Serendippily when you have a moment, could you add Clevedon Swimrun, 27th July to the sidebar please? |

Oooh lovely photos ITG. LD, I have finished several runs lately where I may as well have swam in my running shoes - the weather has been a bit poo. Your event sounds fun! I did the last of my sessions with the Autistic Society today, I've been doing 2 x 2 hour sessions every fortnight for the last 16 weeks. Have loved it. |

Have fun Sarah! It seems no time at all since we took my niece and nephew there but they're both in their 40's now Parkrun was awful. I am however noticeably tired physically today - all that hedge trimming etc over the last couple of days was clearly harder work than I realised! A restful afternoon beckons. |
