Morning all

Daughters birthday today so off to meet them at the farm shop for breakfast, before they head off out for the day.

Knee is giving me some issues, really thinking I am going to have to give up the thought of running, it really doesn't seem to like it 😔. Don't want to but I would rather still be able to walk and cycle than bugger it right up and not be able to do anything.

😢😢😢😢 MM. Best do what’s best for you though. I really don’t think I’m doing my knee any favours either but I don’t cycle so could just take up more walking and less running. To be fair my knee hurts even walking.
