A surprisingly dry social run with LG tonight. Just a wee bit of light rain. Most enjoyable as always.

Thoroughly fed up of this weather though. I miss the sun ☀️

It was indeed a nice run tonight and we got very lucky with the weather. Not sure if it will the same tomorrow night at Stonehaven. They are doing a run to launch the revised parkrun route before the official run a week on Saturday.

But getting ready with the bunting for Som's 700.

A light drizzle will accompany my dog walk, and a short run afterwards.
PT session this afternoon. At least that'll be in the dry :-)

My run was even shorter than expected - my knee was really unhappy. I'll wear a support wrapped round it for my PT session. Bummer :-(
