Well I had a score to settle with the Stonehaven Half and certainly did that today, flying over the finish line, despite getting lost within sight of the finish 🙄 🤣
I made a conscience effort to fuel consistently throughout the race and it certainly made a difference towards the end where I usually hit the wall! Pleased with my time considering the elevation and my fitness at present.

Excellent work @MaltDrinker

Hope all are well and @Serendippily 's bruises are healing.

Good work the flappers. I did four of the 4.x miles and a 5k plus rounding up to 32km; exhausting day on Friday carrying heavy stuff which triggered my PF a bit. I'll try to avoid that kind of timing next year
