Groundhog
I had a bit of a mare trying to do FLaps on Saturday. I hadn't thought of the logistics of turning up to a marathon (4.38mile laps along the Thames at Staines) and doing 5k laps each hour - I kept having to stop in the pub for a "rest". Logged 4 laps OK then was in the pub using their loo for logging the 5th lap and (not having reading glasses) missed that it hadn't gone through. Next lap I was out of the FLaps game so thought Bugger It, I might as well finish the marathon here and stay in the pub for the football. That actually worked well enough and the medal was lovely

🤣 Groundhog! Well done on not dying though Been to my PT session. We discussed my knee and its accomplice the IT band, so instead of pogo jumps I had the 'pleasure' of rolling it on the knobbly roller. The fact that it hurt like hell on that side, but barely at all on the other, must say something. So daily rollering on my own smooth roller is my homework for this week! Another fab session and I increased both reps and weights #feelinggood |

Hurrah for not being dead. Great photos and lunching and lunging. 700 hit AND I was 2nd male at the Community 5K! I was very close to my course PB of 23.07. Waiting for official results. Mr Whiskers said he's proud of his dad. |
