It´s not just "stiff", CD. Disc has most surely popped out. I am trying to get an emergency physio session without having to go through the healthcare system all over again (which could take weeks).

I am so ready for a holiday. I keep getting hit with shit shows and I'm tired of it TBH.

The good news is I got an emergency physio appointment and have decided to take the rest of the week off work (though I still need to go to Reykjavík on Friday). I have not taken a sick leave in 21 year. Having said that, since I got home 90 minutes ago, I have been dealing with emails and admin so my sick leave has not quite started yet...

Physio thinks it might not be as bad as it seems if I wait a few days. But he has given me some good advice on dos and don'ts in the short term. Otherwise, I would have gone off and swum 1500m and maybe tried yoga... (I am that stupid.)
