Rother Valley relays was great fun tonight. Teams of 3 or 4, running 5K loops. I think I was a smudge over 24 minutes. Such a laugh. Loads and loads of clubs taking part.

Was feeling a bit flat after my time of 24.12 came through, it was my 10th fastest 5k this year but then I realised that I only went quicker than that 3 times in the whole of last year so I have decided to be happy. :-)

Met train buddy (TB as she’s also an A ;) ) at 6:30 this morning to go for a run, she signed up for Leeds 10k but isn’t enjoying running :(
We ran walked and chatted round the village :)
And she’s messaged to say she really enjoyed it :)

Now on a train as lunching out again, with Mum today cake

Back is very much Not Good and I may have fucked up yet another summer for biking and running.

Carpathius at this point I am not sure I can even drove to Mývatn. Sitting in the car is the second worst thing after sitting on a plane. I will still make sure to see you guys at some point though.
