Morning! I've toyed with the idea of a day trip to Alicante (I get tempted by the Extreme Day Trip lot on FB) so look forward to hearing what you think AR. Have a good time! Race 1 of the club's handicap series tonight. Looks like it'll be pouring with rain at the time but that's better than being too hot |

I spent the weekend marshalling at a fairly hardcore obstacle course race/event. 4am alarm and not home until late meant no chance (or energy) to run. Saturday was easy going, but the obstacle I was on yesterday demanded quite a lot of assistance. So I was doing it forwards and backwards for most of the day, sometimes physically supporting people but mostly demonstrating technique. I ache more today than after running an ultra! Good times 😄 I hope everyone else had a good weekend and you're not as sunburnt as me. |

I have decided to stop whinging about being in horrible shape and have bought a summer pass for the gym, valid through August. No more excuses. First class tomorrow. Expect whinging about DOMS instead.
