Race 1 of the club's handicap series tonight. Looks like it'll be pouring with rain at the time but that's better than being too hot

Papa Whiskey 13 May 5:28pm, 13 May 2024 10 posts	0 Papa Whiskey I spent the weekend marshalling at a fairly hardcore obstacle course race/event. 4am alarm and not home until late meant no chance (or energy) to run. Saturday was easy going, but the obstacle I was on yesterday demanded quite a lot of assistance. So I was doing it forwards and backwards for most of the day, sometimes physically supporting people but mostly demonstrating technique. I ache more today than after running an ultra! Good times 😄 I hope everyone else had a good weekend and you're not as sunburnt as me.
