Congratulations ITG 🇮🇸 you are, quite clearly, brilliant (but we all knew that already) Hurrah for getting out running again too. Might be worth buying a lottery ticket today!

I ran nearly 9 miles in the sun, which (almost) makes up for missing the aurora last night.

Well that's nice. My last parkrun in the VW65-69 age group and I get a 1st place (out of 4). Wonder where I'll finish in the VW 70-74 age group next Saturday? :-)
