I did a 5K race over in Portsmouth, and was surprised with 24.43 - defo a little tired from a long day out yesterday celebrating promotion. I then did 2 miles easy after to top up the training mileage. I've taken my dad shopping and we did a little walk down the beach. Now for a sleep to catch up on some zzzzs.
