Gorgeous day here in Portsmouth, and a course PB at Portsmouth Lakeside for me. Aimed for 24 mins, 24.02 on my watch. Just demolished a blueberry muffin, driving "home" to see parents, sis and bro in law coming for lunch. Then it's a day of beer and rum watching Portsmouth v Wigan and I get to see us lift the league championship trophy.

I’m also contemplating customising one of my old shirts and fixing it to the back of my race vest, which I appear to need these days - you’d think I was doing a self-supported 100 mile trail run with all the stuff I’ve got. I don’t have any bottle belts any more and really want to take some Tailwind so think the best is the best option.
