It is roughly around where my thermal shorts stop, but mostly at the front and inside. However, I have had those shorts for about a decade and they have never done this before; and it it is not improving even when I don't wear them/it is a bit warmer.

Even if none of us can outrun time, you won’t have become a crap runner overnight. Keep doing the stuff that you know works and things will look up 🤞

um 29 Mar 6:52pm, 29 Mar 2024 8,311 posts	0 um ITG - I'm not a doctor, but your 'bruising' seems to match symptoms (off the web) of 'superficial frost bite', or 'surface'; more severe than frostnip but not the full blown version. And on your thighs, look a minor case and nowhere near as bad as some of the web pictures. (google at your own risk) and again, not a doctor

I have bruises in the same place from crashing into the sides of desks and cupboard doors well done for getting out there Hope racerun went well Caz and you enjoyed the footie. I was paid time and a half for the bank holiday but am knackered now and dreading an early start tomorrow Best of to AL for Sunday and happy easter wekend all, particularly to all the thread birthday offspring
