Social run with usual Tuesday group today. We’ll call the weather character building. 😳

Back to work tomorrow so that’ll probably be last run until parkrun.

Well done on Lumphanan MD. Glad it wasn’t icy.

I managed to mostly avoid the rain but boy was it windy! Ran laps around the block to stay close to home.

Prepared to today as I was due to give blood tomorrow. Appointment was cancelled just as I was about to head out, for “ administrative reasons”. Got another appt for next Thursday then ran anyway 😁

Well done, Cheeky’s Dad it would have been easy not to bother. Club run tonight, at least it had stopped raining before hand. A steady 4.5 miles done.

After my short foray into the storm this morning we went over to son2's so I could assist with the swimming lesson logistics. The pool is at a Special school so the water is kept very warm. I felt very sleepy after an hour there!
Son2 had some surprising news about a change of career he's seriously considering. We knew that being a chartered accountant wasn't floating his boat any more but this plan, if it comes to fruition, will be much more uncertain.

Do you ever stop worrying about your children?
