Still, it's a tick in the box and all I've got on the to-do list for the rest of the day is a quick (I hope!) trip to get my BIAB nail varnish removed (I've never had nails that have shown no signs of chipping etc at all but it's a nuisance to have to have the gel removed professionally. Goodness knows what my nails will look like underneath!)... and a load of ironing

Hopefully I’ll be ok for parkrun tomorrow. If it was today I’d probably still sit it out but I’m hoping by tomorrow I’ll be good for a gentle one
