Then over 4 miles tonight which included running to club and helping with C25K. The bit in between was shit. My laptop screen broke. This year is, financially, absolute bollocks. With the car, the cat and the laptop it's been expensive. Hopefully I'll get my pet insurance claim money back soon. Seriously starting to wonder if I'll survive another year self employed at this rate.

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) 14 Feb 8:02am, 14 Feb 2024 40,627 posts	0 Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) Thanks alpenrose, the problem was identified last year, the hope was that steroid injections would sort it, the alternative is surgery which I had and still hope to avoid, not sure that they will offer steroid again though as I was told 2 was the maximum, I have been trying to manage/ignore the problem, however it affects me constantly irrespective of running Sorry things are not good Sombrero, hope your luck improves 🤞🏻

Not helped by my 'have I got a cold? Not sure' feeling yesterday has changed to 'My head is full of cotton wool and my nose is a tap' I'll do the dog walk now and if that clears my head I'll go for an overdue training run.

I phoned and booked my physio appointment for my back . (5th March ) but at the local surgery so that’s better than trailing to the other side of town.
