Good luck to all runners and racers.

Off to Clumber Park for the Trust 10k. A very low key "race" where you time yourself, there are marshals on course and a proper start and finish but very relaxed. I've done it twice this year- 52 and 55 mins. I expect to be somewhere in the middle of those times today. Sal has done 1.02 3 times (I was working for one of them). I think she's hoping for 1.01 today 🤣

I have been awake most of the night. Post-mara insomnia strikes again! I have done all the NYT games and tidied the kitchen though. And had three mugs of tea.

A dismal morning here, not one that inspires me to run or swim (pool, outdoor pool or sea!) I'll walk the dog and then allegedly the weather will improve so I'll do my training run then.
