Excellent pullupping, Teebs. I wish I could still do it but I lost most of my upper body strength when crossfit closed.

I've just wandered to the studio.

Last week I did my slowest ever attempt at one of my regular training runs and my 1st and 3rd fastest 5ks this year....including my fastest parkrun for 6 years.

I've been loosely following the 80/20 training idea where 80% of training is at easy pace and 20% at hard efforts - usually track on Wednesday and parkrun on Saturday. It's defo working!
