Have come to Temple Newsam parkrun. It’s a new one for me and it has hills. Both are deliberate as I’m a bit sad as dropped DragonSon off at university yesterday and so I needed to do something different rather than feel a little bereft at him not being here,

So hills it is. I don’t do hills 😃
