Swim club for me but first my blessed Saturday coffee and fetching alone as the house sleeps late.

Fastest parkrun of the year done. 24.20 ish. Mate paced 24, I couldn't keep the pace on the 3rd mile but well happy 😀

Excellent parkrunning!

I also did my 2nd fastest parkrun of the year - I was hoping for my fastest of the year but it was too warm. The 30 min pacer gradually disappeared from view then in the closing stages I was alarmed to be passed by the 32 min pacer - but thankfully they were about 45 seconds too fast.

Afternoon all. My lack of mileage caught up with me during parkrun. Went off waaaay too quick and suffered through the second half! Need to get back into the habit of training - where’s sharktopuss when you need him? :-)

Well done parkrunners! I love how different all the events are, great to see some speedy 2nd fastest of the year done.

PH, sharktopuss is probably too busy eating people who are on their couch - as long as you get out there, he won't tend to get too nasty ;-)

Was great to have a fetch meet ( even if I still don’t like Stoney ) . Bit of a blether afterwards and now home for a quick shower and out again.
