Morning all. It certainly got busy here yesterday afternoon. Hugs to Som heart and bunting for AG's age category win. Through them not round them is definitely my mantra for puddles - there were far too many people doing the latter at parkrun yesterday for my liking.

I'm out for a easy 4 or 5 miles today. Good luck to Sweetie and hope the skiers are having fun.

Lazy morning here, will cook a big brunch when TP gets back from his long run, then ferrying Turtle to a party. Ankle still sore and strapped up so I'm parked on the injury bench still!
