Hello all.
We’ve travelled down to Cornwall today. Overnighting in Tintagel before going in to St Ives in the morning. Weather’s rubbish but it’s nice to be by the sea :)

Good running everyone!

I'm quite pleased with my 8 mile run - steady splits, and the only times I stopped running was to let our back marker catch up (didn't wsnt to loop back as I wanted an accurate distance on the Garmin.) She wasn't actually very far behind so any stops were very brief. I need to more runs with company like that.

Your advice is noted, Feleecy Navidad. I never encounter a large puddle when running without hearing your voice saying "through, not round".

Lovely Bike ride with friends today. But windy in places but received sun was lovely. Puncture with 4 miles to go grrr. It's all the hedge cutters we encountered I think.

Lots of good running today on here.

My only running today was a mile while pushing Brodie in his buggy and Alfie running as a warm up to his football 🤣🤣. Then went and walked a couple of miles with Brodie. Nice day but very cold.

Just back and showered from a little run. Been tired today, but did some jobs around the house that I'd been meaning to do. Cold out but not windy, first outing for the chest torch in ages.
