Was grey and wet walking through Leeds but I bumped into the lovely Treacle and we had a very quick catch up before going to our separate platforms :)

I’ve hit a wall with my running which isn’t great with Berlin & Chicago Marathons up coming.

This month has seen me do 2 parkruns with my son & one 4 miler for a total of 10 miles.

I’ve been enjoying my cycling & racked up 333 mikes but dread the thought of going for a run at present.

Gonna have to up my game in August, but time then becomes an issue with the school holidays.

Maybe I can just wing it in Germany ?

Did my timed mile at the track. Not as good as I hoped with 7.17 but 10 seconds quicker than June's effort.

Didn't have it in the legs tonight, not sure why. Didn't get out of zone 3 heart rate. Never mind. Soon be August! I can do another one then.

Foxy have you tried playing Fetchpoint? I found it quite useful at just getting me out there and not thinking about it as running.

Foxy yes, you probably can just wing it. You've got a solid background of running and the cycling will help.

I haven't been catching up - 50+ hour work weeks plus too many running engagements!
However, I have noticed that there have been no baby goat photos yet. Sombrero, get on it :-p
