Hugs for Som and Mandy and anyone else in need. Som, you will be fabulous as usual and I'm glad you're going with someone.

I'm really tired, need to run and take dog out but I've done a bit of housework and nothing else.

Thanks for the kind wishes. Didn't run yesterdays scheduled run but went to my usual volunteer group on the canal today. Asked for 'light duties' but not sure my request was understood.

Anyway, elbow a lot easier but knee is a problem. Currently about twice the size of the other one and not bending well. Might have to ditch tomorrows run as well. I have a 10 mile event scheduled for Sunday - what's the odds?

I also have a scheduled physio visit on Friday. If I survive that reasonably intact I'll feel like I can take on the world......but probably best not to. We'll see.

Am umming and arghing about a 245. Currently have 235 - is it worth upgrading? What are the useful additional features?

Hospital thingy was good - I'll do a little blog rather than a long waffly post.....

I managed to do a run tonight, including 7 x 1 min hard / 1 min recovery, as well as the hospital thingy and then a little workshop late afternoon. A long day. :-)

ageingtractor I'd be inclined to unschedule that 10 miles on Sunday.

Som - at least it's Princess Anne, probably the most likeable member of the family.
