Morning all :-)

We are off to Clare Castle parkrun for my 400th! Then onwards to Bewl Water for the 15 mile race tomorrow, safe to say that we won't be any where near top runners as will be mostly walking! :-)

If it's not too late Caz we parked in Ferry Road. About a 10 min walk to start.

Not sure I cba to go to parkrun, all gone to pot with a nasty midsummer cold and lingering cough.

At a bus stop waiting for a bus to Seaton parkrun. It's cool and *very* breezy - not going to be a fast start to the month!
