Morning all! We find ourselves at the seaside earlier than anticipated so I *could* go out with the East Devon Friday group this morning. But it's rained overnight and is still damp and humid and after a lot of running (for me) this week I might give it a miss. Except you never regret a run you did, only one you didn't do. Decisions decisions!

I ran with the club yesterday for the first time in weeks, I was back off the pack but it was still really nice |

Morning! Hope your parcel comes soon, Sweetie ๐. Idris ๐ I am not sure if you feel you run too far or too little without a walk break but maybe just plan the walk breaks in so you can feel good about them? I.e., this is to plan. I akso find my lungs complain less if I promise them a rest. (It is like having a toddler!) Let us know if you made it out, ๐ด๐ป! It is our 22nd anniversary so it is work and a nice lunch out then prob more work. I walked home yesterday (c 1 mile) and cN do pressups using a big foam cylinder thing so ankle improving. And my back feels ok from the enforced rest ๐. |

3 miles run (4/1) to get back into it again after 10 days off. Not particularly warm to start but definitely humid out there today.

Afternoon! I did go, there was a fair bit of walking (very rooty, stony forest paths) but I was glad I went |

I walked 1.9 for my lunchtime walk. If I could walk all day, I would.
