Any suggestions on foldable cups for ultras? It is a requirement for some of the runs here to get rid of single use cups.

Not used in an ultra but have used for long runs. Kept in shorts pocket and never felt it during run.

I have also seen a similar hydrapak one (pack of 2). They seem a bit hit and miss so it is good to get some reviews.

I use a 250ml soft flask with a fairly wide neck - never had an issue filling from tap/jug & I can close to take with me in shorts pocket if I want. Empty I forget it’s there. I think mine was from decathlon a while back
