2 and 3/4 gentle ploddy little miles this evening. Now raining, but wasn't at the time.

Happy summer solstice day!

I was up for sunrise but forgot that here the sun takes longer to appear over the cliffs- could have had an extra half hour in bed!

Morning all. I was up at 3am and off for a swim with friends. There was quite a bit of cloud cover so didn’t get to see much of the sun and typically much brighter at home.
