Roger and I had a day out. I stopped garmin to take this photo



And of course forgot to restart it till I'd gone 11km nearly all downhill 😖.

Fortunately, it was an out and back route so I didn't have to pedal back up the hill for conquersize.

Thanks for all your good wishes, people.
Yesterday, I was given the address of the local health centre who said that there was no-one available to see me and sent me to the walk-in clinic at the local hospital. I was there for 6 hours, in which time they tested my blood and gave me an ultrasound. Everything was normal so they sent me on my way with a prescription for antibiotics and painkillers. It was a pretty exhausting day but I’m starting to feel better now :)
