Very humid here today. Might go for a bike ride or paddleboard (if conditions are right)

Day 7 RtS done. My cheery mood took a dip when I had to stop in mile 2 to pick up a broken Bacardi bottle and discarded cider cans on the beach walkway. Three big rubbish bins less than 50m away. If anything grinds my gears it's lazy littering :-(

Anyway it's all systems go now as the family are getting together for the street party this afternoon :-)

Currently grey and humid here. Am doing a virtual run of unknown distance starting at 12pm - it's the Wing's for Life World Run where I'll be virtually chased by a car and see how far I go depending on how fast I run. Looks like by then it will be warmer and probably more humid so may not be entirely fun!

Will have a walk in a bit I think
