Happy birthday Bint.

Youngest Son's birthday was today, as well as Bint's. He and his wife and their little girl are spending the weekend with me. Both did the Groe parkrun this morning; I did it in 45 minutes, he did it in 18 and was second overall.

We went to parkrun in Lucca (Italy) this morning. Mr Woo ran and I supported. Lovely course around the walls of the town. All very friendly and lots of other Brits there.

Sadly not, LD. North coast of Cornwall only on this trip but I’ll be suggesting we do the south coastline next year.

Morning gonks. Have had to make the sensible decision to not race this morning. Legs still heavy after a week of feeling yuck. 😩 But Sal is getting ready and will smash her PB on the course, she's been practicing the course for weeks!
