My parkrun was a parkWALK as hamstring was having no running so listened and walked. Lots of rolling coming up this weekend.

My parkrun wasn't anywhere near as good but at least it's brought my Fetch WAVA up to 'Grey Fox' :-)

I am currently in full house moving mode so pretty much everything I own is in boxes. It was my last chance to get a local parkrun done this morning but 5 minutes before I was due leave I realised I had inadvertently packed my parkrun barcode (I'm not tech savvy enough to have it on my phone!).

I am now repacking the boxes I had to rummage through!
