I have Wifi - we are in an air B&B near Fountains Abbey. Had a lovely wander round the grounds earlier, got a little bit wet. Is throwing it down outside now!

Still feel a bit ropey but should be ok for a gentle trot round Fountains Abbey tomorrow for my 249th parkrun. :-) Not sure I'll be doing the tough 10K on Sunday if I'm not feeling a lot better.

Sarah, hope you can get sorted out.

To everyone else, I've missed loads due to lack of wifi at the campsite. Hope everyone is well :-)

Glad your feeling a bit better Som

I did try and run but it felt very hard so stopped at 1.25 miles

Successful shopping trip and a lovely dog walk

Now time.for food

I got soaked! Mistimed my run by a good 15 minutes, it was quite fun though.

Morning! And a very wet one here :-( Can't decide if I want to go to parkrun in this weather but I'll have to run 6k at some time today so might as well get it over and done with.

However you're spending the day I hope it's drier and enjoyable!
