bunting Paula, GM, any others I’ve missed! bunting

18 miles run for me this afternoon. Went surprisingly well. Legs (understandably) a bit tired by the end but pace pretty even (apart from the hill up to Sevendroog Castle which is a bugger).

I tried out Torq gels for the first time. Cherry Bakewell flavour had an initial taste like cough mixture but actually had a good aftertaste and I rather enjoyed it. Lemon Drizzle was good without any real punch of flavour. I also tried one of their bars. It was very tasty (mango flavour I think) but too chewy to eat on the move.

Voted. Morning all. Enjoy the bank holiday for those of you, like me, lucky to have it off. I used to like those SiS gels when running longer. I miss running longer (I miss running!) Good luck with your race today Caz.
