So my restful day has included two solid hours of weeding out three-cornered leeks which have taken hold in one area of the garden. Little blighters are a menace! Still, at least I can log it as training ;-)

I have been out for a mile run. There was nothing to watch on TV, the sun was still shining and I might do Run the Sum this month so it seemed like a good idea :-)

ITG - we often have a lot to do with our cousins in childhood, often much less in adulthood; so when a cousin dies, a chunk of our childhood goes too. Hope you're home safe and sound now.
