Evening all. I have run (7.5 miles) and walked with the dogs soo feeling moderately chuffed.

Arrived safely down south, have had fish & chips, chatted to the sombreros (dad's alzheimer's is getting worse but he's still cheerful) and now in bed. Leaving at 7.30 to drive to Bognor parkrun. I'll be saying Bugger Bognor when my alarm goes off.

Evening all. Finished night shift. Tough run tbh, not jobs anyone would want. Weekend off with TP and Turtle at cub camp. I will dutifully visit parents and walk/run away from real life!

I really enjoyed the full marathon last year Sombrero but didn’t want to take on the commitment this time. I’m hoping for all the fun from (a bit over) half the distance 😁
