Morning all.
Didn’t have to get out of bed to go and keep time at parkrun because it was cancelled - too icy.

Busy day today so better get the dogs walked.

Morning gonks. Most of the local parkruns were off today so we ventured 22 miles over to Doncaster and did the Cusworth Hall parkrun. I'd ran it before with a mate when I was recovering from an ultra and my time was 32.33 so I was excited about getting a PB 🤣 Didn't look at the watch, ran pretty well but walked a slippery hilly bit and got round in 26.41.

Sal did a smidge over 30. She was happy with that.

I did York parkrun today - lovely conditions and not even the usual bitter wind you get there. Got my best time this year (have done it twice this year!)

At that course - was my second fastest this year. Quite pleased to compare my parkruns this year with last year - I am probably about 3 min faster generally this year.

Afternoon! First parkrun of 2023 done. 29:59 - first sub 30 for a while. Happy with that.

Some good running times appearing on here, well done all.

I went for a run on the trails, some still had snow but the moor was clear.
