I have runned, for the first time in over a month, and a particularly lumbering jog/hobble it was too, but still I didn’t cry and I didn’t die - though both outcomes were decidedly closer to realisation than I would have wished

I’ve let Sombrero-ho-ho-ho down, I’ve let Columba down, I’ve let the whole thread down, I kept looking out the window at the rain and melting snow and slush and took to the sofa to finish my book ;)

You can stand down Sharktopus, I did go for a swim but only did 500m. My heart wasn't in it, possibly because I'd driven through so much water to get home from Devon :-0 (Roads all over East Devon were being closed due to flooding as we left.)
