Lovely happy Fetchie photos a few pages back. And lovely seaside pictures from MD.

Younger Daughter ran a half marathon (Victoria Park, London, yesterday) in 1:44:42.

This afternoon I took part in a local Santa fun run - do as many laps of the lake as you like. I did 4, which was a little short of 3 miles. Doesn't really compare with daughter's 13.1.

There was rain coming down, and slush underfoot.

I did 4 miles today and could feel every morsel and drink I have had over the last two weeks. This has to be rectified

CK2 Shorts over leggings!! I usually wear shorts but didn't fancy it today. Hat, 2 pairs of gloves.

LG, all the morsels and drinks have gone now - you ran them off!
