The Pin Lady Dec 2023 8:32am, 4 Dec 2023 1,381 posts	0 The Pin Lady for ITG. Cross country was as predicted cold, wet and there was snow on the ground. However, I did quite enjoy it and managed the 6.5 miles at a decent (for me) pace of 10.3 mins/mile. Legs are a bit stiff today so will go for a gentle swim at lunch time. ThorntonRunner Dec 2023 11:54am, 4 Dec 2023 7,169 posts	0 ThorntonRunner Morning (just!) Went to do my usual there and back run on an old railway line trail after dropping Mrs TR off at a friends. I encountered two flooded sections on the way out - the first about 300m of running water ankle deep, the second 150m of static water maybe 1-2 inches deep. Ploughed through both - soaked up to calves. Came back on the road rather than along the trail. Got my 1 hour done though, so all good 👍

Was meant to be in Bradford teaching today but cancelled it due to no car in time to get there. In the studio but need to walk outside to the college print room to collect some work......keep putting it off lol
