Morning 700ers.

Love all the bluebell pics - its a lovely time of year isn't it.

Sounds sensible AR - still plenty of time on the target, but it is absolutely neither necessary nor sufficient :-) No point in breaking yourself.

Rest day for me today - am going out this evening, to an actual restaurant, with actual people, in Leeds. Am unnecessarily excited :-)

Belated good morning 😊.
I will get a run in later, but at the moment it's so cold in the house with all the building work going on, I'll never warm up!

I’ll try and run this evening. Just seem to have a case of the CBA and have no oomph at the moment.

I am back to civilisation, having submitted a big grant application a whopping 25 hours before the deadline. Phew! Now I have to wait 6 months to find out if we get the funding.

AR, I'm only just about breaking even after being way over target earlier in the year. I took 2 short breaks due to covid and a sore foot. However, had I not taken the breaks, I'd be even further behind 😊
